Cancel your gym membership!

The day I found this book (and the Darebee website), I cancelled my membership to the gym. I never knew working out could be this fun or easy. I mean you have to work hard, but it's not complicated. If I have 10 minutes, that's what I do, and I get a great workout. The site (Darebee is excellent too!) Thank you to other reviewers for mentioning that since I found it on here.

Love the book!!

This book is for someone like myself who just don't go the video route. I like having the book and illustrations while I work out. This book is great.
You can take it anywhere and it's always there to remind you....I leave mine on the coffee table. Easy if you want or tough if you want. I've worked out much more since I bought this book.
